We encourage our patients to read and understand their insurance benefits as well as their limitations prior to treatment. It is imperative that patients make sure all insurance information and paperwork they provide to our office is accurate and complete.

Our office participates with a wide range of medical and dental insurance companies in an effort to provide affordable care. Fees will be discussed prior to your surgery. For non-emergency treatment we are happy to obtain the appropriate medical or dental insurance pre-determination of benefits so that you will know your financial responsibility prior to undergoing any surgical procedure. The time it takes to receive a pre-determination of benefits can vary widely from carrier to carrier and is beyond our control. Treatment can be expedited and may require a deposit. This deposit is generally applied to charges such as co-insurance, uncovered expenses and insurance deductibles as defined by your specific insurance plan. For your convenience all payments may be addressed as a cash payment, bank check, personal check or most major credit cards.
